RENEWAL OF CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT
Shareholders are referred to the announcement released by the Company on SENS on 22 September
2021, wherein they were advised, inter alia, that the board of directors of the Company had entered
into sale and purchase agreements for the acquisition of two properties (the “Proposed Transaction”)
and were further advised to exercise caution when dealing in the Company’s securities until the
financial information relating to the Proposed Transaction is announced.
Shareholders are further advised that the Company intends to post the circular to shareholders in
respect of the Proposed Transaction on or about 9 November 2021 and announce the financial
information in relation thereto on the same day.
Shareholders are advised to continue to exercise caution when dealing in the Company’s securities
until the financial information of the Proposed Transaction is announced.
