         AUTOMATIC EXERCISE OF SXEIIU AUTOCALL NOTES (AUTOCALLS) ON 01 NOVEMBER 2021

Exercise on 01 November 2021 (see the related securities above).

On 01 November 2021 (the Valuation Date and Exercise Date), the conditions for Exercise were met, therefore the
Autocalls were Exercised and expired on 01 November 2021. The Holders are entitled to a Cash Settlement Amount
