In accordance with paragraph 3.59(c) of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, the board of
directors of the company (“the Board”) wishes to advise shareholders that Mr Ronen Zekry has
been classified as an independent non-executive director, with effect from 17 August 2021,
from the previous classification as a non-executive director, subsequent to the annual review
of the classification of directors.
