Publication of conversion ratio for Participatory Interests in the
Sygnia Itrix MSCI Emerging Markets 50 ETF

Further to the announcements released on SENS on 23 April 2021 and 30
April 2021 respectively regarding the listing of Sygnia Itrix MSCI
Emerging Markets 50 ETF Participatory Interests and the results of
the Initial Offer, and using the definitions in such announcements
unless otherwise stated, Sygnia Itrix (RF) Propriety Limited hereby
announce the conversion ratio and the listing of the Sygnia Itrix MSCI
Emerging Markets 50 ETF.

Shareholders are reminded that section 1 of this announcement is
only applicable to Cash Investors.


1. Issue of letters of allotment and conversion ratio

One letter of allotment (“LA”) has been issued for every Rand
subscription against the debiting of a Cash Investors CSDP or broker
account with such Rand amount.

Cash Investors will be issued 0.05219 (“the conversion ratio”)
Participatory Interest in the Sygnia Itrix MSCI Emerging Markets 50
ETF for every LA.

Strate will convert the LA’s to Sygnia Itrix MSCI Emerging Markets 50
ETF Participatory Interest in the CSDP accounts in accordance with
the conversion ratio. Standard rounding will apply.

2. Listing of the Sygnia Itrix MSCI Emerging Markets 50 ETF
   Participatory Interest

6 262 800 Sygnia Itrix MSCI Emerging Markets 50 ETF Participatory
Interest will be issued and listed on the Exchange Traded Funds sector
of the main board of the JSE Limited at an issue price of approximately
R18.26 per security with trading commencing on 14 May 2021.
