Pursuant to paragraphs 6.39(a) and 7.3(g) of the JSE Debt Listing Requirements, noteholders are hereby
advised that Yuresh Maharaj, in his capacity as Financial Director of Liberty, has been appointed as Debt
Officer of Liberty with effect from 18 November 2020.
