CHANGES TO THE BOARD


The board of directors of the Company (“the Board”) advises shareholders of the resignation of the
following directors with immediate effect:

    •   Mr Stephen Naudé as an independent non-executive director;
    •   Mr Willem Stephanus Grobbelaar as an independent non-executive chairman;
    •   Mr Hugo Amos Lambrechts as a non-executive director; and
    •   Dr Phillip David Dexter as an independent non-executive director.

The Board would like to thank the above-mentioned directors for their service to the Company and wishes
them well in their future endeavours.
