Resignation Of Non-Executive Board Member

Airports Company South Africa hereby notifies its shareholders and
bondholders that Mr Bonang Mohale has resigned from the Board of
the ACSA as a non-executive director with effect from 1 July 2019
pursuant to his appointment to the board of a JSE Listed entity.
