The Board wishes to inform the shareholders of Grit and the general public that the audited abridged consolidated
financial statements of the Company for the year ended 30 June 2017 have been published and can be viewed on the
Company’s website (www.grit.group).

Grit holds primary listings on both the Official Market of the Stock Exchange of Mauritius Ltd and the Main Board of the
Johannesburg Stock Exchange.
