DEALINGS IN SECURITIES
In compliance with the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited,
the following directors of Mediclinic or a major subsidiary of
Mediclinic, as well as the company secretary of Mediclinic,
elected to follow their rights to subscribe for new Mediclinic
shares, as detailed below, pursuant to the rights issue by
Mediclinic, as announced on SENS on 21 July 2015 and further
detailed in the circular to shareholders dated 3 August 2015. In
accordance with the salient dates relating to the rights issue by
Mediclinic, the rights issue shares will be issued on or about
Monday, 24 August 2015.
The rights issue by Mediclinic is in respect of 111 111 111 shares
made to shareholders in the ratio of 12.80145 new rights issue
shares for every 100 shares held at the close of trade on Friday,
7 August 2015 at a price of R90.00 per rights offer share.
