Shareholders are referred to the announcement released on 29 November 2013 confirming the listing
of the Class A Shares and the Class B Shares on the Bermuda Stock Exchange (“BSX”) with effect
from 26 November 2013.

The directors confirm that the Class A Shares were listed on the JSE’s Alternative Exchange (“AltX”)
with effect from Monday, 2 December 2013, and that the listing of the Class B Shares on AltX has
been further delayed.

Further announcements regarding the listing of the B Shares on AltX will be made on SENS and the
BSX’s website.
