With reference to the distribution announcement, the Directors of SATRIX 40 (STX40) have given notice that the following
dates are of importance in regard to a possible quarterly distribution by the SATRIX 40 portfolio to holders of SATRIX 40
securities.

Last day to trade "CUM" distribution:       Wednesday, 19 December 2012
Securities trade "EX" distribution:         Thursday, 20 December 2012
Record date:                                Friday, 28 December 2012

Announcement of distribution amount (if any) and the payment date will be made on or before Friday, 18 January 2013.
