CHANGES TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS



In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements,
shareholders are advised that Mr Robert E Lewis has been appointed as a non-
executive director of Masonite with immediate effect.


In addition, shareholders are referred to the announcement released on SENS on 16
July 2012 and are advised that both the retirement of Mr Alan Wilson and the
appointment of Mr Malcolm Leitch were with effect from 16 July 2012.
