FURTHER UPDATE ON IMUNITI PACKS                                                 
Following the announcement on 23 March 2011, Edge to Edge Global Investments    
Limited (E2E), the owners of the intellectual property related to the Imuniti   
Nutritional Supplement Combo Pack (ISCP) which Imuniti manufactures, have       
advised the following:                                                          
A suitable application was submitted to the Financial Surveillance Department of
the South African Reserve Bank through FirstRand Exchange Control, and Edge to  
Edge Global Investments Limited received an approval in terms of its submission 
for establishing companies offshore to deal with the international roll-out of  
the ISCP.                                                                       
The successful approval allows for active pursuance of offshore funding. This   
funding will provide the working capital required for Imuniti to manufacture    
ISCP based on the credit terms with E2E.
