RESULTS OF THE INITIAL OFFER FOR THE SATRIX INCOME AMETF ("THE PORTFOLIO")

Further to the announcement released on SENS on Tuesday, 20 January 2026 regarding the listing
approval and the private placement for subscription to the portfolio, Satrix Managers (RF) Pty Limited
hereby announce the results of the private placement.

Cash subscription

The total cash subscription to the private placement is for an amount of R 200 000 000 (Two Hundred
Million rands only).
