CHANGE IN COMPANY SECRETARY

In terms of paragraph 3.59 of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements and 6.42 of the Debt and
Specialist Securities Listings Requirements, shareholders and noteholders are advised that Ms Lisa
Lill has stepped down from her role as Company Secretary, effective from 15 August 2025. The Board
would like to take this opportunity to thank Ms Lisa Lill for her contribution to the Nutun Board and
wishes her well with her future endeavours.

Mr Jerain Naidoo, the Group's Chief Legal and Compliance Officer will assume the role of Company
Secretary with effect from 15 August 2025. Mr Jerain Naidoo is an admitted attorney and has been
with the Group since 2021.

The Board is satisfied that Mr Jerain Naidoo has the competence, qualifications and expertise to fulfil
the role as Company Secretary and wishes him success with this additional responsibility.
