Grayston Drive Autos (RF) LIMITED – CHANGES IN DIRECTORATE

In accordance with paragraph 6.42 of the Debt and Specialist Securities Listings Requirements,
noteholders are hereby advised of the following changes, with effect from 01 August 2024:

Mark Steinhaus has been appointed as a non-executive director replacing Howard Tradonsky.

Nerissa Padiachy has been appointed as an alternate director replacing Kim Heydenrych.

These changes are to allow Kim and Howard to focus on the business of Investec Bank Limited
("Investec") which continues to act, inter alia, in a primary role in terms of Securitisation
Regulations. Mark and Nerissa are currently employees of Investec.

The board of directors of the Company welcomes Mark and Nerissa and look forward to their
contribution.
