Amendments to the JSE Listings Requirements: Simplification Project

The JSE refers to its previous announcement on the Simplification Project dated 13 August 2024,
whereby the last of the Sections to the JSE Listings Requirements were released for public
comments.

The JSE had concluded the processing of all comments and will for transparency purposes release all
the marked-up Sections, along with their respective key amendment schedules, for final public
comments.

In support, the JSE has also released a consolidated version of JSE Listings Requirements, following
its simplification initiatives.

As a reminder, a dedicated Simplification Project portal has been created through the link below,
which forms the central database for the project.

The following documents are released for public consultation:

     •   All key amendment schedule identifying any amendments that are not considered
         simplification;
     •   All marked-up Sections; and
     •   The definitions sections.

The JSE invites comments on the proposed amendments by close of business on Monday, 21
October 2024, and comments can be sent to simplification@jse.co.za.
