VOLUNTARY ANNOUNCEMENT: REDEMPTION AND ISSUE OF NOTES


Further to the voluntary announcement released on SENS on 23 August 2022 regarding the inaugural
issue of ZAR8,100,000 Unlisted Senior Secured Fixed Rate Notes (“Fixed Rate Notes”) to ABSA
Alternative Asset Management Proprietary Limited (“AAM”) under the US Plus Limited
ZAR1,000,000,000 Domestic Medium Term Note Programme (“Programme”), the board of directors
of UsPlus (“Board”) is pleased to announce the redemption of the Fixed Rate Notes on 7 February
2023, in the amount of ZAR8 699 482.87.

In addition, the Board is pleased to announce a new issue of a further ZAR8,100,000 Unlisted Senior
Secured Floating Rate Notes (“Floating Rate Notes”) to AAM under the Programme, bringing the
total Notes in issue to ZAR100,000,000.

The Floating Rate Notes, which will be issued on 13 February 2023, will mature on 13 March 2025.
