(collectively, the “Issuers”)

LATE SUBMISSION OF ANNUAL FINANCIAL STATEMENTS (“AFS”)

The JSE wishes to advise that the above-mentioned issuers have failed to submit their AFS within the
seven-month period stipulated in the JSE's Debt Listings Requirements.

Accordingly, the listing of the Issuers’ debt securities on the JSE trading system will be annotated with
a "RE" to indicate that they have failed to submit their AFS timeously and that the listing of the Issuers’
debt securities and the registration of their programme memorandums (“programmes”) are under
threat of suspension and possible removal.

If the Issuers still fail to submit their AFS on or before 28 February 2023, then the listing of the Issuers’
debt securities and the registration of their programmes may be suspended.

This announcement has been placed by the JSE in the interest of holders of debt securities.
