TERMINATION OF SALE OF PROPERTY RENTAL ENTERPRISE TO DULU HOLDINGS PROPRIETARY LIMITED
1. INTRODUCTION
Shareholders were advised in an announcement published on SENS on 19 September 2022 (“the
SENS Announcement”), that Imbali Props 21 Proprietary Limited (“Imbali” or “the Seller”) (a
subsidiary of Tradehold), concluded an agreement (“the Agreement”) with Dulu Holdings Proprietary
Limited (“Dulu Holdings” or “the Purchaser”) to dispose of a property rental enterprise (“the
Disposal”) conducted in relation to a property, details of which were contained in paragraph 7 of the
SENS Announcement.
2. TERMINATION OF THE AGREEMENT
In terms of paragraph 4 of the SENS Announcement, the Disposal was subject to the fulfilment of
various conditions precedent, which were not timeously fulfilled.
As a result, the Agreement did not come into effect and Tradehold therefore confirms termination of the
Disposal.
