NOTICE OF AVAILABILITY OF INTERIM FINANCIAL RESULTS

Calgro M3 hereby notifies debt holders that it has publicly released its unaudited condensed
consolidated interim financial results for the six months ended 31 August 2022 (“Interim Results”) on
17 October 2022.

The Interim Results are available on the Calgro M3 website at www.calgrom3.com and for inspection
at Calgro M3’s registered office at Calgro M3 Building, Ballywoods Office Park, 33 Ballyclare Drive,
Bryanston, 2196, at no charge, during office hours.
