FINALISATION OF BUSINESS INTERRUPTION INSURANCE CLAIM

Shareholders have previously been advised that the Company lodged a business interruption
insurance claim in respect of losses suffered arising from Covid-19, and that the Company
would update shareholders of progress when it is appropriate to do so.

The Company is pleased to advise that the claim has been finalised with insurers for a total
amount of R74,165,013 (seventy-four million, one hundred and sixty-five thousand and
thirteen rand) excluding VAT.
