affirmed the credit rating of the Company’s holding company and guarantor, PSG Konsult Limited
(“Guarantor”), in its report issued on 28 July 2022.

The Guarantor’s national scale long-term issuer rating was affirmed at A+ (ZA) , while the short-term
issuer rating was affirmed at A1 (ZA) , with a Stable outlook.
