                                   SPIB28: SUSPENSION AND TERMINATION

An adjustment has been made to decrease the issue size of SPIB28 to zero units and SPIB28 will subsequently
terminate. This suspension will be effective from Wednesday, 26 January 2022 and the delisting thereof will be
effective at commencement of business on Monday, 31 January 2022. The structured product is exercisable only in
accordance with the terms and conditions as set out in the relevant offering circular.

There are no holders of SPIB28 therefore no settlement is applicable.
