OMLACSA hereby notifies its debt investors that Old Mutual Limited (“Old Mutual”) has released an
announcement for the finalisation of the unbundling of a portion of its shareholding in Nedbank Group Limited
to the ordinary shareholders of Old Mutual (“the Finalisation Announcement”).

Old Mutual is the guarantor of the OMLACSA OML11, OML12 and OML13 debt instruments.
