An adjustment has been made to decrease the issue size of IBLIIH to zero units and IBLIIH will subsequently terminate.
This suspension will be effective from Tuesday, 31 August 2021 and the delisting thereof will be effective at
commencement of business on Friday, 3 September 2021. The structured product is exercisable only in accordance
with the terms and conditions as set out in the relevant offering circular.

There are no holders of IBLIIH therefore no settlement is applicable.

Any captalised terms referred to herein, and not defined, shall bear the meanings ascribed thereto in the Note issue
documentation.
