ANNOUNCEMENT IN RESPECT OF EXTENSION OF FILING FOR THE AUDITED FINANCIAL STATEMENTS
FOR THE YEAR ENDING 28 FEBRUARY 2019, THE ABRIDGED UNAUDITED FINANCIAL STATEMENTS
FOR THE 3 MONTHS ENDED 31 MAY 2019, THE 6 MONTHS ENDED 31 AUGUST 2019, THE 9 MONTHS
ENDED 30 NOVEMBER 2019, THE 12 MONTHS 29 FEBRUARY 2020 AND 15 MONTHS ENDED 31 MAY
2020
The Board of Directors of Go Life would like to inform shareholders that the Company has
extended its financial year end to 31 August.
The Company has been focussing on preparing its overdue quarterly results in the intervening
periods but due to the ongoing reconciliation of the shareholder register where most of the
shares are held as certificates across two jurisdictions has delayed the completion of the audit
for February 2019. Therefore, Go Life will not be in a position to fulfil its obligation with regards
to the Stock Exchange of Mauritius (“SEM”) Listing Rule 12.14 concerning the filing of its
abridged audited annual financial statements by the prescribed deadline as the auditor has
not yet completed the accounts and has requested additional time to do so. The subsequent
quarterly results up until May 2020 are nearly finalised and ready for publishing.
Accordingly, SEM has acceded to a requested extended deadline for the Company to file
and publish its audited financial statements for the year ended 28 February 2019 as well as the
Abridged Unaudited Financial Statements for the 3 months ended 31 May 2019, 6 months
ended 31 August 2019 and the 9 months ended 30 November 2019, the 12 months ended
29 February 2020, the 15 months ended 31 May on or before 31 October 2020.
Go Life has its primary listing on the Stock Exchange Mauritius and a secondary listing on the
AltX of the JSE.
