          CORRECTION ANNOUNCEMENT –SUSPENSION AND DELISTING OF STRUCTURED PRODUCT NOTES

Please refer to SENS announcement dated 16 September 2020.

An adjustment has been made to decrease the issue size of SXEIIQ to zero units and SXEIIQ will subsequently
terminate. This suspension will be effective from Monday, 28 September 2020 and the delisting thereof will be effective
at commencement of business on Thursday, 1 October 2020. The structured product is exercisable only in accordance
with the terms and conditions as set out in the relevant offering circular.

There are no holders of SXEIIQ therefore no settlement is applicable.
