AVAILABILITY OF THE ANNUAL FINANCIAL STATEMENTS FOR THE YEAR ENDED 30 JUNE 2019
Noteholders are advised that the City of Tshwane will not be able to release their Annual Financial Statements for the year ended 30 June 2019 due to delays
with the Auditor General.

The Auditor General was unable to finalize the audit report by 30 November 2019 due to the finalization of the internal processes necessitated by the Public
Audit Act Amendment.

As a result of this delay, the Auditor General anticipates the finalization of the audit report to be on the 28 th of February 2020.

The AGSA’s Gauteng Business Unit has stated that they remain firmly committed to making a meaningful contribution to the challenges of clean administration
in the province, and they continue to encourage meaningful stakeholder engagement between themselves, the auditees and the oversight authorities by
communicating clear, actionable messages to government and the public sector at large on the outcomes of the audit, as they agreed this is critical in achieving
their mission.
