Full Capital Redemption - NED15 and NED16

In accordance with the provisions of the terms and conditions of Nedbank
Limited (‘Nedbank’) Unsecured subordinated notes – “NED 15” and “NED 16”
under sections D3 and D4(a)(‘Optional  Redemption’) of the Pricing
Supplement dated 4 April 2014, investors are herewith advised of the full
capital redemption of NED15 and NED16 effective 8 April 2019.

In accordance with the terms and conditions, the Registrar of Banks has
granted written approval of the Optional Redemption of the NED15 and
NED16 Notes at the option of Nedbank.
