Quadridge was set up by David Towers, Kurt van Staden and Phumelele Madala, all of whom bring a
wealth of knowledge to the securitization structure. The originator, being SA Homeloans is of the
view that the appointment of Quadridge as trustree to the Issuer and Security SPV Owner Trust will
ensure service levels of the highest order given their expertise in both managing and providing
oversight to structured funding vehicles.
