1. Distribution of Integrated Annual Report
   Shareholders are advised that the Company’s 2017 Integrated Annual Report, incorporating the Notice
   of Annual General Meeting, has been distributed today, Friday, 29 December 2017 and will be available
   on the Company’s website (www.coronation.com).

2. Notice of Annual General Meeting
   Notice is hereby given that the 44th Annual General Meeting of shareholders of the Company will be held
   in the boardroom of the offices of the Company at 7th Floor, MontClare Place, Cnr Campground and Main
   Roads, Claremont, Cape Town on Tuesday, 20 February 2018 to transact the business as stated in the
   Notice of Annual General Meeting forming part of the 2017 Integrated Annual Report.

   The record date to receive the Notice of Annual General Meeting, determined in accordance with section
   59(1)(a) of the Companies Act, No. 71 of 2008, as amended (‘the Act’), is Friday 22 December 2017, being
   the date on which a person must be registered as a shareholder of the Company for purposes of being
   entitled to receive notice of the Annual General Meeting. The record date to participate in and vote at
   the Annual General Meeting, determined in accordance with section 59(1)(b) of the Act, is Friday,
   9 February 2018, being the date on which a person must be registered as a shareholder of the Company
   for purposes of being entitled to participate in and vote at the Annual General Meeting. The last day to
   trade to be able to participate in and vote at the Annual General Meeting is Tuesday, 6 February 2018.


3. BEE Act Annual Compliance Certificate
   The Company’s annual compliance report, prepared in terms of section 13G(2) of the B-BBEE
   Amendment Act 46 of 2013, has been published and is available on the Company’s website
   (www.coronation.com).
