Appointment of Sponsor

1. The JSE wishes to refer to the announcement released on SENS dated 15 July 2016.

2. In the announcement the JSE advised that it had informed Oakbay that it was considering
suspending the listing of the Issuer as a result of Oakbay’s failure to appoint a sponsor as
required in terms of section 2.2 and/or section 3.3 of the JSE Listings Requirements and because
it would be in the public interest to do so.

3. In accordance with the provisions of sections 1.6 and 1.7 of the JSE Listings Requirements and
section 12(2) of the FMA, the Issuer was afforded the opportunity to make written
representations to the JSE to show cause as to why the suspension of the listing of the Issuer
   should not be effected.

4. The JSE has now been informed by Oakbay that it has appointed a sponsor as required in terms
of section 2.2 and/or section 3.3 of the JSE Listings Requirements.

5. In light of this, the JSE wishes to confirm that it is no longer considering the suspension of the
Issuer’s listing because the Issuer has now complied with section 2.2 and/or section 3.3 of the
   JSE Listings Requirements.
