REDEMPTION BY THE ISSUER ON 21 AUGUST 2015 (SCHEDULED MATURITY
DATE) OF THE CLASS A3 NOTES ISSUED BY THE ISSUER UNDER STOCK
CODE SPDA3 UNDER THE ZAR10,000,000,000 ASSET BACKED DOMESTIC
MEDIUM TERM NOTE PROGRAMME OF THE ISSUER AND THE REPAYMENT OF
AND REDUCTION IN THE SUBORDINATED LOAN
A. NOTICE
Notice is hereby given that, the Issuer shall, on 21 August
2015, redeem the Class A3 Notes issued by the Issuer on 26
April 2012 in an amount of ZAR821,000,000 under stock code
SPDA3 (the "SPDA3 Notes"), which Notes were issued under the
Issuer's ZAR10,000,000,000 asset backed domestic medium term
note programme established in terms of a programme memorandum
dated on or about 24 August 2011 ("Programme Memorandum"). The
Scheduled Maturity Date of the SPDA3 Notes is 21 August 2015.
Notice is hereby further given that the Issuer shall on 21
August 2015 repay a portion of the Subordinated Loan, which
repayment shall be made subject to the Priority of Payment and
as a result of which the Principal Owing under the
Subordinated Loan shall be reduced.
