Last day to trade "CUM" distribution:                 Friday, 23 November 2012
Securities trade "EX" distribution:                   Monday, 26 November 2012
Record date:                                          Friday, 30 November 2012

An announcement of the amount to be distributed and reinvested (if any) will be made on or before
Friday, 21 December 2012.

Investors are advised that the distribution amount will not comprise of any dividends,
therefore no dividend tax will be applicable to the distribution amount.
