Annual Report and Accounts for the 15 month period ended 31st December 2011     
On 4 April 2012 Lonrho announced its Final Results for the 15 month period ended
31 December 2011 and the Annual Report and Accounts were published on the       
Company`s website at www.lonrho.com.                                            
Lonrho has today posted to shareholders and,  in accordance with LR 9.6.1.R, has
submitted to the National Storage Mechanism, printed copies of the Lonrho Annual
Report & Accounts for the 15 month period ended 31 December 2011, which will    
shortly be available for inspection at: www.hemscott.com/nsm.do.                
The requirements of DTR 6.3.5 were met in Lonrho`s 2011 Final Results           
announcement.
