BOARD APPOINTMENTS                                                              
Following the general meeting of Rubicon Diversified Investments Plc held on the
13 December 2011 David Lenigas, Executive Chairman of Lonrho Plc, and Geoffrey  
White, Chief Executive Officer of Lonrho Plc, were appointed as non-executive   
directors to Rubicon Diversified Investments Plc, effective from 13 December    
2011.                                                                           
On 4 November 2011 David Lenigas was appointed as an Executive Director of CSS  
Stellar Plc.                                                                    
The Company is required to disclose any new directorships held by a Director in 
other publicly quoted company in accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.14.
