Introduction                                                                    
Shareholders are referred to the circular dated 22 April 2004 and the           
announcement published on SENS on 14 May 2004 detailing the terms of the offer. 
Results of offer                                                                
Java Capital is authorised to announce that seven shareholders representing 4   
492 505 Onelogix shares (comprising 2,3% of the issued share capital in Onelogix
prior to the closing date of the offer) have accepted the offer. The shares will
be delisted and cancelled on or about Tuesday, 1 June 2004.
