Results of rights offer                                                         
Shareholders are referred to the previous announcements relating to the         
renounceable rights offer (the "rights offer") to be undertaken by Onelogix.    
Java Capital is authorised to announce that, pursuant to the renounceable rights
offer by OneLogix of 100 000 713 new shares of 1 cent each at a subscription    
price of 10 cents per share ("rights offer shares") shareholders and/or their   
renouncees had subscribed for 17 227 rights offer shares as at the close of the 
rights offer on Friday, 23 May 2003. Accordingly, the consortium, led by members
of management, underwriting the offer has been allocated the balance of the 99  
983 486 rights offer shares.                                                    
Dematerialised shareholders will have their safe custody accounts credited with 
the shares subscribed for in terms of the rights offer on Monday, 26 May 2003.  
Share certificates will be posted to certificated shareholders on 26 May 2003.
