RESULTS OF THE INITIAL OFFER FOR THE SATRIX STOXX EUROPE 600 FEEDER ETF ("THE
PORTFOLIO")

Further to the announcement released on SENS on Tuesday, 27 January 2026 regarding the listing
approval and initial public offer for subscription to the portfolio, Satrix Managers (RF) Pty Limited hereby
announce the results of the initial public offer.

Cash subscription

The total cash subscription to the Initial Public Offering is for an amount of R 27 101 540 (Twenty Seven
million One hundred and One thousand Five hundred and Forty rands only).
