Interim results for the six months ended 30 September 2025 and dividend declaration
Shareholders are advised that YeboYethu's results and reviewed consolidated interim financial statements for the
period ended 30 September 2025 ("2025 Results") are available on YeboYethu's website at
https://www.yeboyethu.co.za/announcements_results.php. Any investment decisions should be based on the
full 2025 Results as this announcement does not provide all the details. The salient features include:
• Basic earnings per share of 1 397 cents (30 September 2024: 1 765 cents) representing a decrease of
21%. There are no differences between basic earnings per share and headline earnings per share.
• Net profit of R739.5 million (30 September 2024: R934.2 million), a decrease of 21%.
• Final dividend of 101 cents per share (30 September 2024: 96 cents per share), an increase of 5%, in
accordance with the funding terms of the Broad-Based Black Economic Empowerment transaction.
• The net asset value per share increased by 80% from 4 821 cents per share for the six months ended
30 September 2024 to 8 673 cents per share for the six months ended 30 September 2025.
Ernst & Young Inc. issued an unqualified review report on the consolidated interim financial statements for the
period ended 30 September 2025.
YeboYethu's only investment is in Vodacom Group Limited ("Vodacom"). The variance in the financial
indicators as disclosed above is attributable to the volatility in the Vodacom share price. Shareholders are
advised that Vodacom has released its annual results for the period ended 30 September 2025 on the Stock
Exchange News Service of the JSE Limited which is available for download on the Vodacom website hosted at
www.vodacom .com
Declaration of dividend number 26 - payable from income reserves
Notice is hereby given that a gross final dividend No. 26 of 101 cents per ordinary share in respect of the six
months ended 30 September 2025 has been declared payable from income reserves on Monday,
15 December 2025 to shareholders recorded in the register at the close of business on Friday,
12 December 2025. The number of ordinary shares in issue at the date of this declaration is 52 915 960. The
ordinary dividend will be subject to a local dividend withholding tax rate of 20%. Accordingly, for those
shareholders not exempt from paying dividend withholding tax, the net ordinary dividend will 80.80000 cents
per ordinary share.

Shares commence trading ex-dividend Wednesday, 10 December 2025
Record date Friday, 12 December 2025

On Monday, 15 December 2025, the dividend will be electronically transferred into the bank accounts of all
certificated shareholders where this facility is available. Shareholders, all of whom hold dematerialised shares,
will have their accounts at their CSDP or broker credited on Monday, 15 December 2025.
