Availability of the unaudited draft Annual Financial Statements
Noteholders are advised that there will be a council sitting of the City of Ekurhuleni Metropolitan Municipality on
29 August 2024 where the unaudited draft Annual Financial Statements for the year ended 30 June 2024 (Draft
Core AFS) will be presented to the councilors for noting and thereafter submitted to the auditor general for audit.
The City of Ekurhuleni's Draft Core AFS will be uploaded on the Issuer's website
(https://www.ekurhuleni.gov.za/about-the-city/annual-reports/) no later than Monday, 2nd of September 2024, if
there are no delays at council. Noteholders will be advised as soon as the Draft Core AFS are available on the
City of Ekurhuleni's website.
