APPOINTMENT OF COMPANY SECRETARY

In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, shareholders are advised that
Ms. Zantira Annandakrisnan has been appointed as the Company's company secretary with effect from 1
October 2024.

Ms. Annandakrisnan joined the Company in 2022, in the position of Legal & Compliance Officer. She has
several years of experience within the corporate and commercial sphere.

The Board of Directors (Board) of the Company would like to welcome Ms. Annandakrisnan and looks
forward to her contribution.
