TO THE KING IV REPORT
AVAILABILITY OF THE ANNUAL FINANCIAL STATEMENTS OF THE ISSUER
Noteholders are advised that the annual financial statements of the Issuer for the year ended 31 March 2024
(the "financial statements") are available for inspection through a secure electronic manner at the election of
the person requesting inspection.
The financial statements have also been made available on the Issuer's website at:
https://www.toyota.co.za/financial-services/corporate-affairs.
Noteholders are also advised that the audit report on the financial statements of the Issuer, was unqualified
with no modifications applicable.
AVAILABILITY OF THE ANNUAL FINANCIAL STATEMENTS OF THE GUARANTOR
Noteholders are also advised that the annual financial statements of Toyota Motor Finance (Netherlands) B.V.,
being the guarantor to the Issuer's R 10 000 000 000 Domestic Medium Term Note Programme, for the year
ended 31 March 2024 (the "Guarantor's financial statements") is expected to be made available for inspection
at the Issuer's registered office and on the Issuer's website at: https://www.toyota.co.za/financial-
services/corporate-affairs on 31 July 2024. A further announcement will be made once the Guarantor's
financial statements are available.
UPDATE TO THE KING IV REPORT
Noteholders are advised that pursuant to paragraphs 4.21 and 6.55 of the JSE Debt Listings Requirements, the
updated King IV application statement, incorporated by reference in the Issuer's R 10 000 000 000 Domestic
Medium Term Note Programme dated 28 October 2022 (the "King IV report"), has been updated.
The King IV report is available for inspection through a secure electronic manner at the election of the person
requesting inspection and on Toyota Financial Services' website at: https://www.toyota.co.za/financial-
services/corporate-affairs
