CORRECTION OF ISSUE SIZE

Absa Bank Limited wishes to notify noteholders of a correction to the issue size of its AMB323 note (the “Note”) due to a
misstatement on the Summary Report submitted to the JSE, and subsequent announcement released on 07 July 2023.
The details reflected in the Applicable Pricing Supplement are correct and no amendments are required to be made in
this regard.

The Issue Size is updated below effective 20 July 2023, all other details remain the same.
