Shareholders are advised that the Thungela Integrated Annual Report for the year ended 31
December 2022, the Thungela ESG Report for the year ended 31 December 2022, and the
Thungela Climate Change Report for the year ended 31 December 2022 have been published
on the Group's website and can be accessed using the following link:

The Notice of Annual General Meeting, incorporating the summarised consolidated annual
financial statements for the year ended 31 December 2022, will also be distributed to
