regards to Series 16 – 21.

Noteholders of the above mentioned Notes are hereby advised that the JSE
Limited has granted UBS AG approval to amend and restate the Final Terms.
The purpose of this amended and restated Final Terms relates specifically to
correcting a manifest error in the Cash Position as specified in Annex I of
the Final Terms.

The following paragraph has been removed from the definition of the Cash
Position.

The Reference Portfolio will also contain a Cash Position as a Reference
Portfolio Component, which represents a notional holding of a cash account
denominated in the Reference Portfolio currency. The cash position will not
accrue any interest.
