ADDITIONAL INFORMATION


Southern Palladium Limited (ASX:SPD/JSE:SDL)(Southern Palladium or the Company) provides the
following additional information in respect of its Interim Financial Report for the period ended
31 December 2022 released to the market on 14 March 2023.


LOSS PER SHARE:

•   Basic and diluted (loss) per share of ($0.052) decreased by $0.008, down 13% (31 December
    2021: (loss) per share of ($0.06)).

•   Headline (loss) per share of ($0.042) decreased by $0.018, down 30% (31 December 2021:
    (loss) of ($0.06)).

•   An itemised reconciliation between headline earnings and the earnings used in these
    calculations are set out below:
