AGM PRESENTATION

Shareholders are referred to the Company’s announcement released on 24 June 2022, in
which the Company notified shareholders of its annual general meeting (“AGM”) which will be
held today, 3 August 2022, at 14:00 at the Protea Hotel, Durbanville, 99 Jip De Jager Drive,
Vineyards Office Estate, Tyger Valley, 7530.
