established in terms of Notice No. 6770, promulgated in the Provincial Gazette Extraordinary of 1
October 2000 in terms of section 12(1) read with section 14(2) of the Local Government : Municipal
Structures Act, 1998, as amended)

(“City of Tshwane” or the “Issuer”)

Delay in Availability of the Annual Financial Statements for the Year ended 30 June 2021

Noteholders are advised that the City of Tshwane will not be able to release their Annual Financial
Statements (AFS) for the year ended 30 June 2021, as the audit process is still underway. The audit
report will only be published by 24 February 2022; therefore, the AFS will be made available by no
later than 28 February 2022.

A further announcement will be released by no later than 28 February 2022 with further details.
